THE COLLECTION

An exploration
of home.

Coastal Modern explores the relationship between contemporary residential design and an open horizon. Sam Sharma’s concepts pair rounded terraces and pale stone with vertical timber, palms and generous glazing. The exterior studies lead into living rooms, a kitchen and a passage, tracing a shared interest in soft geometry, natural textures and interiors that open toward water.

Sculptural edges, open views

Rounded balconies and landscaped terraces give the villa concepts a layered silhouette. In the arrival study, vertical wood cladding adds rhythm above a stone court, while palms soften the approach. The pool and terrace study carries the curved outline into the landscape. These images consider how the shape of a home and its outdoor spaces can frame a coastal outlook without relying on a single rigid boundary.

A softer contemporary interior

The living room concept echoes the exterior curves through cream seating and an open pool terrace. A long stone kitchen island, pale stools and wood cabinetry keep attention on the ocean-facing opening beyond. In the hallway, tall fluted wood panels and soft stone walls give a simple passage its own material character. The collection connects these rooms through a restrained palette and a repeated view toward the horizon.
